Goji berries were part of our family diet years before the celiac diagnosis, and now we are grateful to know there is no gluten contamination, which seems to be everywhere. We fill a small jar 3/4 full then soak in the fridge with filtered water, and they plump right up overnight, and have a good shelf life. They are great in smoothies, fruit salads and add an interesting contrast to spinach salads. Another nutrient rich superfood. (As an aside, one of our children cannot eat gojis, and has vomited following their consumption-apparently rare but not uncommon, so go slow if you are a parent and introducing for the first time.)
