We understand that getting your purchases to you as quickly as possible and handled with love is important.
In our vast Country shipping from place to place can be challenging, so we use road freight couriers across a broad selection of shipping carriers to find you the best deal.
Calculating your products weight and volume from puffed products, to grains isn't always an exact science. So as part of our commitment to provide you great products at great prices, if your shipping costs significantly less than the amount you've paid, we will refund the difference back to your method of payment.
So you can always feel confident shopping, knowing that you're looking after your budget, while looking after your body!
Of course you're always welcome to contact us, and arrange your own shipping methods.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we do not ship overseas at this time or out of main-land Australia.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately many of our bulk items above 5kg, are outside the range limits for Australia Post.
However we can now ship to parcel lockers for orders under 5kg*.
Please add a note if you would prefer to have your item shipped this way.

If you're local to us on the Gold Coast, happy days! your shipping is FREE for GC Central & South on $250 spend and above.
For GC North of Southport, shipping is just $10 per 25kg as per our locals offer.

-$15 flat fate for up to 25kg, and every 25kg thereafter.
-Over 100kg this drops to just $5 for every additional 25kg
-Orders over $750 are eligible for FREE shipping
- If you would like to collect your goods from our depot, this can be arranged once your order is processed.

FAQ's
Can I return unused items?Due to Australian food safety regulations and internal quality assurance, we unfortunately cannot return food items. This enables us to adhere to strict HACCP standards, and our zero cross contamination policy for the safety of our consumers.
