FAQ's


We're a Food Business, how do we get set up?

For first time or smaller orders, you may simply place an order online at anytime. 
You can choose to save your details for future orders when setting up your profile in the cart.
This can later be upgraded to a Wholesale account as you go.

For larger bulk orders and palletised freight please reach out direct to us via email, phone or chat. 
Let us help you get the best options to support your specific business needs backed with enhanced QA support.

For ongoing commercial sourcing and supply, you can also access the self-service online portal anytime online with bulk discounts anytime, by applying for a wholesale login. Reach our  to our team via the Wholesale signup form to sign up for 24/7 wholesale access, stock availability, instant order confirmations and bulk offers.

Is there an MOQ?
No, There is no minimum order quanitity to purchase from us, however for larger or ongoing orders, we recommend setting up a wholesale account, which provides bulk offers for the Food and other Industry eligible businesses.

I'm a consumer, can I purchase in Bulk?

Yes. While we offer bulk ingredients primarily for businesses in the food service and manufacturing industries, we have always made our products available to everyone who wants to source healthy gluten free ingredients.

Simply search the products you're interested in and add them to your cart.
Please ensure to add your full delivery details including home or a commercial address for delivery. Due to the nature of our bulk goods, it's not usually possible to ship to PO boxes or via Australia Post for large bulk items.

Are all you items Gluten Free?
Yes! This is our specialty. We verify or test all items we source to ensure they meet either a NATA or under 5PPM test result to provide your peace of mind from gluten allergen contamination.
Our products are carefully selected to meet this criteria as part of our mission, and where needed we'll have some flours milled to order to meet this ethos.

This may mean from time to time there is a short delay on availability, as we will never compromise on providing verified gluten free products.

How do I place an Order?

  1. Simply browse our products or search by product name in the top left search field to select the items you want to purchase.
  2. Add items to your cart, and 
  3. Proceed to checkout and complete your physical address details to calculate freight.
  4. Complete your payment information.
  5. Review your order and submit.

We usually ship orders in approximately 24hrs from the time of order placement.

Can I return unused items?
Due to Australian food safety regulations and internal quality assurance, we unfortunately cannot return change of mind food items. This enables us to adhere to strict HACCP standards, and our zero cross contamination policy for the safety of our consumers. 
If items are damaged in transit or we've made an error in your order, please contact us to discuss options. 

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfers.
At this time, there is no additional fees for credit card purchases. 

Shipping and Delivery:

What are the shipping options? 
Shipping costs vary based on order size and location.
As we specialise in bulk products, we use road freight couriers across a broad selection of shipping carriers to find you the best deal. This is auto-calculated at checkout or by our team on palletised orders.

Please note that your preferred choice of carrier may not always be available or viable given the bulk nature of goods. But please feel free to make any important notes in the 'notes' field on your order when you checkout.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually picked and dispatched in around 24hrs for small orders, or up to 48hrs for large palletised or special order freight.

In our vast Country shipping from place to place can be challenging, so we use road freight couriers across a broad selection of shipping carriers to find you the best deal.

Bulk freight travels via road express cargo or train. 

We appreciate your patience, as the team work on large bulk orders.

Please note - it's important to ensure you order ahead of time if you require your items by a set time/date.

Road freight transport times vary, and delays can unfortunately occur due to hazards and other weather factors. We appreciate your patience.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately many of our bulk items are outside the range limits for Australia Post and may not be workable particularly for parcel lockers. 

In some cases we can ship under 5kg to PO boxes, however please note that an additional charge may apply, particularly for rural freight or volumous items. 

Aus Post has strict weight an dimension guidelines, so please provide an physical address in the note section as an alternate. 

As we're a bulk supplier, we do our best to work to your preferences, but please note it may not always be possible.
You may also provide an 'ATL' or authority to leave your goods if you aren't home, or we also have access for smaller items to be sent to parcel collect stations around populated Australia.

Reach out to us if you have concerns, and we'll do our best to assist. 

Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we do not ship outside of Australia at this time. 

 

Do you offer Collection?

Logistics facilities are busy and high hazard areas. For safety and operational reasons, we currently are offering collection of orders over $200 for businesses by arrangement.
If you would like to collect your goods from our depot, please commence your order online, and then reach out to an agent to assist prior to check out. 
  • Our logistics facility is located in Yatala/Luscombe Enterprise estate, and goods are usually ready from 24hrs after the order is placed. 

    We appreciate your patience, as the team work on large bulk orders.
    Please note - it's important to ensure you order ahead of time if you require your items by a set time/date.

    We cannot guarantee same day pickups or urgent order requests. 
    These requests put delays on other prior-placed customer orders, and we don't wish to disappoint anyone. 


Do you offer FREE Shipping Offers on Bulk Wholesale Orders?
Yes. Bulk orders are what we do best. However with increasing cost of freight and operations, free shipping offers are only available to commercial customers on large palletised orders.

Are your items certified Gluten Free?

We verify or test all items we source to ensure they meet either a NATA or under 5PPM test result as per Australian standards to provide your peace of mind from gluten allergen contamination.
Our products are carefully selected to meet this criteria as part of our mission and HACCP certification.

We also conduct in-house testing to 5PPM, and gain accredited laboratory tests whenever required to ensure our products are safe to consume for those with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance. 

Many items which should naturally be gluten free such as besan, millet or buckwheat are often contaminated.
So we have most of our Australian flours milled to order to meet our gluten free  ethos and strict standards. 

This may mean from time to time there is a short delay on availability, as we will never compromise on providing verified gluten free products.

Can I return unused items?

Do you offer payment terms for Businesses?
At this time we are not generally providing credit terms for bulk orders.
In most cases we are offering no credit card fees on your order, which can offer you some good credit terms with your provider. 

We can provide a Proforma Invoice for your accounts team to make payment.
