I have bought slabs of Peruvian Organic Criollo cacao mass from another website before and this one is quite different. Compared with the other, I don't find this to be bitter at all. It is softer (easier to cut), has a more buttery taste, but is a little less smooth (still fine though). The flatter shape also makes it easier to cut. Compared with what I bought previously, this has a more mild flavour. I find it a bit hard to not overeat this because it is so easy to eat with it not being bitter. So far I've used it to make chocolate icecream and chocolate mousse. Both turned out excellent. Finally, I didn't get charged an arm and a leg for the postage, so I was able to buy just what I needed instead of buying a huge quantity to keep in store.

Love the faba bean isolate, there’s just one problem it’s advertised as 90 percent protein but when I purchased the bag it states that it is 85 percent protein
So nice to be able to buy fresh Amaranth flour, nicely ground. Sad it’s got to cross the country so far to reach me. Makes the postage expensive. But it arrived on time. Jah willing I will buy again next year, or earlier.
